About AppsDetector.online
AppsDetector.online is an independent status and outage information platform focused on the services people in Pakistan use every day. It brings public technical checks, available network measurements, official provider notices into a single, readable place.
Why focus on Pakistan?
A global status page may not explain why an app works elsewhere but fails from one Pakistani network. Access can vary by city, internet provider, mobile operator, DNS resolver, or the route to a provider's infrastructure. We designed AppsDetector.online to ask a more useful local question: what do recent observations actually show for Pakistan?
Local context does not make every problem national. A failed connection from one household can be a router or line problem. An error from one account can be private to that account. Our interface keeps those possibilities visible and avoids turning sparse evidence into an alarming headline.
What the platform monitors
The monitoring worker tests safe public endpoints for DNS resolution, TCP connection, TLS negotiation, HTTPS response, and latency. Where configured, RIPE Atlas probes add measurements from Pakistan and outside Pakistan. OONI measurements can add context about unusual access failures. Some providers publish official status feeds, which we consider alongside independent signals.
Visitors can browse service checks without creating an account. The site uses public technical measurements and official updates to assess service access; it does not offer a problem-submission form.
How to use a status page
Begin with the current assessment, latest signal time and confidence. Pakistan and worldwide results use measurements from the relevant countries. The history chart uses recorded checks, and an unverified region is never assumed to be working or down.
Each service page also explains common feature-level problems and sensible local checks. For identity and government services, the status page cannot verify a private transaction or application. Use the provider's own support channel when a decision depends on an account-specific result.
Independence and corrections
AppsDetector.online is not affiliated with the apps, government bodies, or cloud companies listed here unless explicitly stated. Their names and trademarks identify the services being discussed. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee of monitoring coverage.
A status assessment can be incomplete or wrong when measurements are sparse or an incident changes quickly. We preserve the distinction between observation and interpretation and invite corrections. If a service name, public endpoint, or status explanation needs attention, contact us using the placeholder address on the Contact page, which will be replaced before launch.
